Qingdao Huaheng Auxiliary Co., Ltd. is a renowned enterprise specialising in the production of rubber additives. Founded in 2001, the company’s main products include the rubber vulcanisation accelerator DCBS (DZ) and the rubber anti-ageing agent DTPD (3100). These products are not only popular in the domestic market but are also exported to more than 10 countries and regions across Europe, America and Asia. In 2009, the company participated in drafting the industry standard ‘HG/T 4140-2010’ for the vulcanisation accelerator DCBS (DZ), and in 2010, it led the drafting of the industry standard ‘HG/T 4233-2011’ for the anti-ageing agent DTPD (3100).

  The company is located in the Xinhe Eco-Chemical Technology Industrial Base in Qingdao, Shandong. This chemical industrial park was re-accredited as a provincial-level chemical industrial park in October 2018 and is one of 85 newly accredited parks in Shandong Province. The company has passed inspections relating to safety, environmental protection, fire safety and occupational health, and has obtained ISO certification for its quality and environmental management systems. The company’s Phase I facilities currently have a production capacity of 9,000 tonnes per annum (t/a) of rubber additives, comprising 6,000 t/a of vulcanisation accelerator DZ and 3,000 t/a of antioxidant 3100. For Phase II, the company is currently evaluating projects for other environmentally friendly, high-tech rubber additives, with a view to continuously expanding its product range and enhancing its competitiveness and influence both domestically and internationally.
